Pesticides Can Wreak Havoc on your HealthBody AND Mind!!!  

Pesticides, Insecticides, Pyrethroids,  Herbicides, Organophosphates, and Carbamates are all options of chemicals used to grow our food “conventionally”.  (As defined by wikipedia –  “Conventionally grown is an agriculture term referring to a method of growing edible plants (such as fruit and vegetables) and other products. Conventionally grown products often use fertilisers and pesticides which allow for higher yield, out of season growth, greater resistance, greater longevity and a generally greater mass.”  While Organic “excludes or strictly limits the use of various methods (including synthetic petrochemical fertilizers and pesticides; plant growth regulators such as hormones; antibiotic use in livestock; genetically modified organisms;[1] human sewage sludge; and nanomaterials.[2]) for reasons including sustainability, openness, independence,health, and safety.”)

Here are a list of common symptoms / side effects that have been said to be related to digesting food grown conventionally.  (Experiencing these types of symptoms will hold you  back from being able to look and feel the way that you want as you create a life that you love living, and a you that you love being!!!)

Of the fruit and vegetable categories tested, the following “Clean 15” foods had the lowest pesticide load, and consequently are the safest conventionally grown crops to consume from the standpoint of pesticide contamination:

So when buying meat – Think about this – If you purchase meat that has been fed food that “contains animal by-products, antibiotics or genetically engineered grains and cannot be grown using persistent pesticides or chemical fertilizers“, then you are eating all of said things
